This service focuses on unpaid claims and outstanding balances to accelerate insurance collections and reduce aging.

What’s included:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly review of aging reports

  • Follow-up on claims >30 days via portal and direct contact

  • Resubmission or appeals when needed

  • Documentation of contact attempts and outcomes

  • Analysis of A/R trends and recurring denial causes

  • Optional monthly A/R recovery reporting

We offer flexible plans — with no commitment required for Small and Medium offices. The High Tier requires a 3-month minimum commitment.
